Our fees and pricing for therapy sessions in Knightsbridge

At The Knightsbridge Practice, we are committed to providing care that is clinically excellent, ethically grounded, and deeply human. We believe that clients deserve a clear understanding of how their treatment is structured, and our approach reflects the expertise, training, and professionalism of every clinician in our team.

Our fees range from £180 to £260 per session, depending on the clinician’s area of specialty and the type of support you are seeking. These rates are consistent with the typical therapy cost in West London, where highly qualified practitioners offer tailored, evidence-based psychological care.

We recognise that choosing the right therapist is an important and personal decision, and we are always happy to discuss fees and therapeutic options during your initial enquiry. This helps ensure that you are matched with the clinician best suited to your needs and that you feel confident and informed from the outset.
